Recipe for 2-color Soboro
Ingredients:
Minced pork 250-300g
Eggs 2-3
Japanese cooking wine 1TBS
Sugar 1-2TBS
Miso 1TBS
Soy sauce 1/2TBS
Minced ginger 1tsp
Salt and sugar to taste
Method:
1. For pork soboro: place minced pork into a heated frying pan and add cooking wine, sugar and minced ginger. When pork changes color, add miso n soy sauce and stir fry till well cooked.
2. For eggs soboro: mix the eggs well before adding salt and sugar to taste. Fry eggs in a heated oiled pan over medium flame. To achieve the lumpy texture, use 4 chopsticks n stir fry the egg mixture in a circular motion.
